“No Hidden Charges”
The price quoted for a specified quantity is fully inclusive of all print and production costs on the specified material, provided files are supplied to our specification (see Technical Guide for further information) and no hard-copy proof is required. Where VAT and delivery charges are applicable these are not included, however this will be clearly shown in the basket once delivery requirements have been provided.
Same-day turnaround is subject to order being placed and print-ready artwork being uploaded before 11am Monday to Friday. If artwork is not print ready (see Technical Guide for required specification) your order may be delayed.
With this high speed service no PDF or hard-copy proofing is available, and by utilising it you accept the completed job as final, and responsibility for any errors within the artwork supplied.
The Speed-Demon service is available on certain products for an additional cost – pricing is shown upon selecting the service within the product page.
Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction from your files but because of the digital printing process involved we cannot guarantee exact Pantone colour matches.
Completed jobs can be collected from our factory or delivered to a business address within the Aberdeen area (01224 dialling code area). Deliveries will take place up to 5.15pm on the day of delivery. In the case of collection, this must be before 5.15pm – you will be advised when your order is ready for collection.
Turnarounds stated are from proof approval if proof is required, otherwise from order acceptance assuming file supplied is suitable for print and payment terms have been met/agreed.
For each product, we have specified the type of material it will be printed on. AberdeenPrinting will determine the exact brand used, and this may change from time to time. If you require a specific type of material, let us know and we will do our best to source it for you. We will however provide a bespoke quotation for this.
The quantities offered for each item on AberdeenPrinting have been chosen to offer the very best value for money. These are based on the specific processes required to produce these items. If the quantity you require is not listed please contact us for a bespoke quotation for this product.
All the prices quoted on AberdeenPrinting are based on digital press printing. All jobs stated as being printed in colour will be printed as CMYK process on these devices. Any Pantone colours contained within artwork will be converted to CMYK and matched accordingly. Where Pantone colours have been used an exact match cannot be guaranteed, however this will be as close as possible within the parameters of the equipment.
All prices quoted are based on print-ready PDF artwork being supplied by you in line with our artwork guidelines which can be found here. No studio time is included for amendments to artwork and this will be charged in addition to quoted prices – please contact us if you require this.
We will wherever possible try to advise on any issues with artwork which may affect your completed job. Where the final product is incorrect due to the supplied artwork not meeting our specification however, we will not be responsible for the cost of reprinting the item.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods and/or Services by the Supplier to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.
Any special conditions applying to the provision of the Services are set out in the Schedule to this agreement.
Any complaints should be addressed to the Supplier’s address stated in the Contact Us Page
All orders for Goods and/or Services shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and/or Services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.
Promotional and discount codes are to be used only once where applicable and may not be combined with any other offers. Existing customers (Buyers who have placed one or more order with the Supplier) are subject to a minimum order value of £30, when making use of free delivery or other promotional codes. This does not affect the Buyer’s right to place an order below this value if delivery is charged or if no promotional code is being used. This may not apply to special offers available to new customers only.
